Coaching Information
Training sessions are provided by qualified coaches and parent assistants every Tuesday afternoon. Children are divided into age groups and are provided with three different events (U9 +). The aim of the coaching sessions are to teach children basic techniques for all events, warm up and cool down procedures. Parental assistance is appreciated in set up, pack up and group supervision at training sessions. Parents are required to 'sign-in' their children for each training session. Children are not to be left at the track without an adult supervising them.
